One-to-One Bespoke Lessons - 30 hours

Service Description
You are booking 10 one-to-one lesson blocks of 3 hours - This will be for 30 hours one-to-one. For our intensive one-to-ones, we offer bespoke pricing but typically, lessons range from £40—£60 per hour (minimum session time is 1.5hrs). If you are flexible and can commit to a block of lessons, we can make this even more affordable (as it means we can fit you in around our existing teaching commitments). We can offer a special package for 5 one-to-one lesson blocks of 3hours - This would be for 15hrs one-to-one. For 10 one-to-one lesson blocks of 3hours - we can reduce the price further - this would be for 30hrs one-to-one. This is a bespoke package and can focus entirely on your needs - whether that be a particular wheel-throwing skill or studio set-up, mixing glazes and so on. It is for you to decide how you want the session to look. This is an adult pottery one-to-one - children may book one-to-one sessions, but this must be arranged by their parent in advance with our studio, so we can ensure that adequate and appropriate supervision is provided.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We understand that unforeseen events and illness can happen, so we will do our best to rearrange an alternative day for you. For our Experience Events: If you wish to cancel your booking more than one month before the event, we can offer you a full refund. If you cancel between one week and one month before, 50% refund will be given. We apologise, but we are unable to offer refunds with less than one week's notice. We will do our best to offer your place to someone else, but if we are unable, due to short notice, no refund will be issued, but you may give your place to someone else (over the age of 18). For our lesson blocks: We apologise, but we are unable to offer refunds for lesson blocks, however, we will do our best to reschedule, where we are able. MINIMUM PARTICIPATION: As we are a small pottery studio, we aim to keep our experience events and lessons as affordable as possible. Sadly, we do need to have a minimum of 2 participants booked onto our experience events and lesson blocks to make these viable. Should you be the only booking (single booking), we will contact you and offer you a full refund or an alternative date (or the option of booking a friend on your event or lesson block). Thank you for your understanding. Please note: both lessons and experiences are for adults only. Accompanied children are welcome on private bookings.
